One bright morning, Lalla Mamina woke up in Fès. She was a magical tea glass. She glowed with warm colors. She loved to bring happiness to everyone she met. That day, she decided to visit Ouarzazate. She missed her dear friends.

Lalla Mamina, the Ambassador of Moroccan tea,  said goodbye to the colorful doors of Fès. She filled herself with fresh mint tea and set off. The road was dusty and long, but she sang a little song as she rolled along. The sun rose higher in the sky. Palm trees waved at her. Tiny birds fluttered overhead. Lalla Mamina felt a happy tickle in her heart.

Far away in Ouarzazate, Tiwizi waited under a tall date palm. He was twelve years old and full of kindness. He loved to make children laugh. To pass the time, he practiced funny jumps. One hop, two hops, three silly hops in a row! He dreamed of seeing Lalla Mamina again and sharing warm tea with her.

When Lalla Mamina arrived, the little square sparkled in the sunlight. Tiwizi spotted her right away. He jumped so high that dust rose like tiny clouds around him. “Hello, Lalla!”, he called joyfully, swishing his tail. Lalla Mamina laughed a gentle laugh. She tapped his back with her rim. He felt a soft sparkle tickle his hump.

Together, they wandered through the golden kasbahs. The tall walls gleamed like giant sandcastles, and every corner seemed to hide a secret story. Lalla Mamina told Tiwizi about her latest adventures, and Tiwizi shared tales of his smooth, sunny days. They smiled and laughed as they swapped their stories.

Along the way, they met a group of children playing. Tiwizi bowed low and pretended to trip. “Oof!”, he said, then sprang right back up with a proud grin. The children clapped and giggled. Lalla Mamina glowed even warmer. She shared her tiny draught of mint tea with each child, bringing wide smiles to their faces.

Soon, Aghilas appeared too. He was a playful little three-year-old cat with bright green eyes. He was Tiwizi’s best friend, and the two of them were often seen together.

He leapt out from behind a wall and trotted along happily beside them. Twirling around Lalla Mamina’s base, he meowed gentle hellos. When Lalla Mamina jingled her tiny bell, Aghilas purred with joy.

The friends found a shady spot under an old olive tree. Lalla Mamina poured warm mint tea into herself. Steam curled up like wisps of cloud.

“Tea is more than a drink”, she said softly. “It is a moment of friendship and sharing.” Tiwizi nodded. “Each sip is a smile”, he agreed.

Aghilas twitched its whiskers and lay down with a contented purr.

After their tea break, the trio set off to explore more of the town. They wandered down winding cobbled streets and soon stumbled upon a small, sparkling fountain.

The water danced and sang as it splashed over smooth, round stones, and bright flowers of every color grew along the edge, nodding gently in the warm breeze.

Tiny birds chirped happily from nearby rooftops, and the sun painted everything with a golden glow.

Lalla Mamina, Tiwizi, and Aghilas marveled at the little wonders around them, feeling that every corner of the town held a secret waiting to be discovered.

Just then, a friendly donkey ambled by, carrying baskets full of shiny red apples on its back. Tiwizi gave the donkey a gentle nudge, and it brayed in surprise. One apple tumbled from the basket and rolled across the stones.

Aghilas sprang into action, chasing it with playful energy, pouncing and tumbling with delight. Lalla Mamina jingled her little bell and Tiwizi chuckled, both of them laughing as they watched the mischievous cat dart after the rolling apple.

As afternoon turned to evening, the sky blushed pink and orange. Dark blue tiptoed in at the top. Lalla Mamina, Tiwizi, and Aghilas climbed a small hill to watch the sunset.

They sat close together on a smooth rock. Tiwizi wrapped his long neck gently around Lalla Mamina, and the Aghilas curled around her base.

Lalla Mamina whispered, “I am so happy to travel with you.”
Tiwizi whispered back, “And I am so happy to have you as my friend.”
Aghilas purred a happy tune.

A soft breeze carried their laughter across the valley. The first stars blinked awake in the sky.

And so, hoof in rim and paw in glass, the three friends set off again—bringing warmth, magic, and friendship to every place they would visit.
